Verra Mobility Corporation provides smart mobility technology solutions in the United States, Australia, Europe, and Canada. It operates through three segments: Commercial Services, Government Solutions, and Parking Solutions. The Commercial Services segment offers automated toll and violations management, and title and registration solutions to rental car companies, direct commercial fleet owner-operators, fleet management companies, and other fleet owners. The Government Solutions segment provides photo enforcement solutions and services to its customers, including complete, end-to-end speed, red-light, and school bus stop arm and bus lane enforcement solutions; and traffic enforcement products and recurring maintenance services related to the equipment and software. This segment serves municipalities, counties, school districts, and law enforcement agencies.
